Shipping
Thank you for you interested in purchasing a piece of my artwork. Depending on whether you are ordering a print or an original artwork, different shipping conditions apply.
The quickest way to see how much it costs to ship a piece of artwork, the simplest way is to add the item to the cart and check what it says for your region.
Original Artwork
All original artwork is shipped directly from my studio in the UK. I have several locations I paint from (A girl can't have too many studios hehe!) and I offer free pick up or delivery if you are close to either Swindon or Bristol in the UK.
If you artwork requires sending via courier (I ship internationally) then the artwork will be professionally packed and shipped in a wooden crate to ensure safe arrival.
Shipping in the UK is typically £20-£30 dependent on size.
Shipping to the rest of the world is £25-£125 dependent on size. Some very large pieces will be more than this and it is best to email me if you have any questions at natalie@natalieellisart.com
Shipment times vary but artwork will be with the courier within 3 business days and typically it takes 7-10 days to ship. However due to the nature of packing and shipping original artwork this varies.
Prints
Prints are shipped worldwide.
In my experience with my printing supplier, my printed artwork takes on average 3 -10 working days to arrive with customers, dependent on location. This is from day of order to day to delivery.
However things can take longer when the printing company are busy and so their terms state it can take 2-5 days to print the artwork and then around 5-10 business days for shipping dependent on your country. My experience is that it has never taken that long for my customers so far but during busy periods this could happen.
I know we are all used to next day delivery in todays world but I hope you understand that your printed artwork is printed specifically for you and shipping around the world can take time. I hope you still take the time to support a small business and have patience with the shipping :)
